This page is a small-scale portfolio inspired by the lovingly crafted images that used to grace The Deck Advertising Network. I always appreciated the focus that was a feature of The Deck and I was sad to see it close. I’ve tried to echo that focus here. Like any portfolio, I’m still fine-tuning this. As my friend Adrian Shaughnessy notes:
You should never consider your portfolio finished, and you should always be dissatisfied with it. The day you sit back and say, “My portfolio is great,” is the day you are dead in the water. Your portfolio requires endless work, and few things are more important than it. This never changes no matter how successful you have become.
As a multidisciplinary designer, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects across a broad range of sectors. This portfolio includes businesses I’ve founded, for which I’ve managed most of the design process: from strategy through design to implementation.
In addition to the following selected projects, I’ve worked on a number of other projects that I’m unable to publicly disclose. I’m happy to provide additional information, however, over a coffee.
