Over the last 25 years I’ve developed a diverse range of tools that form the backbone of my work as a strategist. By adopting a component-driven approach built around these tools, I’m able to offer businesses aggressively priced strategic advice, whilst delivering content that is still tailored to each business’s individual needs.
By drawing from my toolkit I enable businesses to drive product and service innovation. I combine these tools to create flexible frameworks, which I use to develop new business thinking and new business cultures.
In short: Tools drive frameworks drive culture.
I’ll be listing my tools here shortly. As I’ve noted in my /purpose page, I believe that an open approach towards business wins over a closed approach. I’m happy to share my tools because the real value lies in their delivery, through workshops or one-to-one consultancy.
In due course, each tool listed will link to a dedicated page with an overview of the tool and its intent. I’d like this, ultimately, to be a publicly accessible repository along the lines of Service Design Tools, which I refer to often.
Links to the tools below, and further tools, will follow.
Every business is different and every business challenge is unique. I’m more than happy to meet for a coffee, or chat via Skype, to help you define your specific goals.
If you have a problem you’d like to explore, please do get in touch. I’ll happily meet with you for an hour – with no obligations and at no cost – to explore some ideas. You’ve nothing to lose and I’ve no doubt the conversation will prove interesting.
